Engagement with people using the service
During the last financial year, arrangements were made to consult with the person using the service and their representatives about the operation of the service through regular reviews, informal discussions, and ongoing communication through homevisits. As Comfort Crew Home Care currently supports one individual, consultation was carried out on a one-to-one basis to ensure the person’s views, wishes, and preferences were fully considered.
Feedback was sought during care visits, review meetings, and through direct communication with the individual and family. The information gathered was used to monitor satisfaction with the service, identify any areas for improvement, and ensure care continued to meet the individual’s needs and outcomes. Any comments or suggestions received were listened to and acted upon where appropriate.

Although we were not inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales during the reporting period, we regularly review the care and support we provide. These reviews give us confidence people are receiving safe, person-centred care which meets their needs and supports their wellbeing.
We are confident our service meets the standards set out under section 27(1) of the 2016 Act.
