Engagement with people using the service

During the last financial year, arrangements were made to consult with the person using the service and their representatives about the operation of the service through regular reviews, informal discussions, and ongoing communication through homevisits. As Comfort Crew Home Care currently supports one individual, consultation was carried out on a one-to-one basis to ensure the person’s views, wishes, and preferences were fully considered. Feedback was sought during care visits, review meetings, and through direct communication with the individual and family. The information gathered was used to monitor satisfaction with the service, identify any areas for improvement, and ensure care continued to meet the individual’s needs and outcomes. Any comments or suggestions received were listened to and acted upon where appropriate.
