I have worked along side Shinto and Caroline back in 2017. Their care and dedication, compassion can only be described as 100%. They are loyal hard working and do the upmost in their profession. I would recommend this company because of the highest level of care given.

These people actually saved my life. I had been trying to get help for my situation of serious illness where I had deteriorated to the point of being so ill and incapable I was at severe risk unable to get help. They were recommended and visited to find me in such desperate need they contacted my surgery for an urgent home visit which resulted in Hospital admission. Because they have medically qualified staff they are able to assess medical conditions and take appropriate action. They cared for me so well until I was admitted and will be providing a comprehensive package of care once I go home. So looking forward to being looked after by the Comfort Crew. I cannot recommend them highly enough
