I have previously worked with Caroline and Shinto in a care home where they were part of the management team. During that time, I progressed from a cleaner to a senior carer, and eventually to a deputy manager. Throughout my journey, I learned a great deal from them, especially in handling complex and challenging situations. They supported me in developing a strong understanding of person-centred care, always putting residents at the heart of everything we do, while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. I also gained valuable experience in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure the best outcomes for residents. These people actually saved my life. I had been trying to get help for my situation of serious illness where I had deteriorated to the point of being so ill and incapable I was at severe risk unable to get help. They were recommended and visited to find me in such desperate need they contacted my surgery for an urgent home visit which resulted in Hospital admission. Because they have medically qualified staff they are able to assess medical conditions and take appropriate action. They cared for me so well until I was admitted and will be providing a comprehensive package of care once I go home. So looking forward to being looked after by the Comfort Crew. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Both Avi and Shinto are excellent nurses. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside them for many years. They are hard working, knowledgeable and dedicated to their work. Nothing is ever too much for either of them!
