Caroline comes to us with a strong management, operational and caring background. Caroline has
experience of 10 years within the care industries, both in small and large private care organisations
from across the country. Her expertise lies within care transformation, digital enablement and
improving outcomes. Caroline is a passionate advocate of smart working and fostering a positive
culture of collaboration, learning and promoting best practice to protect the business vision and

career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse after graduating from university of west london. With 15
years of experience in nursing and care home management, shinto has been awarded as the best care
home manager in south east England in 2017 and the care home was shortlisted in top 20 care
homes in uk. His expertise is accentuated by international experience and with nursing skills in
Acute and primary care settings.
